As an update I felt there was enough commenting on one of my SafeWorlds TV blog posts to warrant a brand new update.

In order:

"I think you are naive to think that Alan has invented this system all by himself without a team of talented people behind him - maybe you should ask him about this."

• I have asked Alan about this and there has never been an answer except that hundreds of people contributed. No names and no details, not even details about the size of the development team? As smart people and investors you are all aware that software does not write itself. This question itself would quickly give an indication of the development effort so far. 

"Metcalfe is the only one who understands how the human mind works so he says. Not much use having that knowledge when he doesn't know how the real world works. He has published some e - books so i guess he is an author. I swam in an olympic size pool once does that make me an olympic swimmer. Long term sufferer, sorry i mean investor of safeworlds tv. Thankyou for the questions you have posed to him. Maybe he can tell you the exact date he will list this company"

• Alan has several times covered the date of IPO, they include at least 2008 (the GFC stopped this one), 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and finally next year (2015). In a round-about way Alan is saying its coming.

"If Metcalfe was able to figure out AI and the singularity, it wouldn't have stayed so quite for this long. Someone would have leaked it. Ray Kurzweil would have at least heard about it and spoke about it, as well as many others, rather then some guy that bases his findings off of the bible."

• Not commercializing a technology that will revolutionalise the world as we know it? SafeWorlds TV is a single solution, the revenue possible by licensing what Alan has discovered would earn all of the shareholders many times what will be earnt when IPO occurs and shareholders can deinvest. The A.I behind Safeworlds TV could be licensed today and Shareholders will start making money TODAY.

"I have seen no evidence to suggest that what he says is not true. He and his team have developed and delivered Safe Worlds TV to the point that it does work and is improving its performance on a continual basis. It is more than talk, he has delivered a working product. Our own experience is that Alan cares about and protects the interest of his shareholders. We are kept well-informed and up to date and involved with what is happening. Finally I find it difficult to take seriously, those who blog on such a serious issue as this, anoymously."

• I do not think that there is no product, there is, its just not what it seems. Until proven otherwise and the only way Alan has thought to challenge my thoughts is through character assassination and that sort of response is often done when one does not have facts to back their claims.

• DON'T be fooled, the URL Http://Safeworlds.tv is written in Microsoft SilverLight  http://www.microsoft.com/silverlight/ and would not require more than 3-4 weeks of Development effort. There is no advanced logic behind it. If you don't believe my claims start using the site and tell me how it goes for you? Remember (many of you seem to forget) that YOU are the customer of the product as well not just the shares? how many of you would use the site? honestly?

• The fact of the matter is I want to understand how this SafeWorlds IPTV platform can be what Alan Metcalfe claims, I do not believe the platform is anything more than a poorly written Informercial Website that doesn't work on Mobile devices like iPads and Android tablets, which make up a significant portion of connected devices across the global market today, something over 30% of connected devices.  http://www.smartinsights.com/mobile-marketing/mobile-marketing-analytics/mobile-marketing-statistics/ 
• And correct Alan Metcalfe has not answered many questions directly and no questions related to what SafeWorlds TV actually does. Worse still the latest videos here: www.safeworlds.net/whatsthedifference are scare mongering video clips that again have no relationship to the product. In addition I hope the Alan Metcalte obtained any copyrights required to play clips from the movie 'The Terminator' to describe what SafeWorlds IPTV is going to prevent.

• There must be an opportunity for an investor to come in and buy shares from disgruntled Shareholders at $4 and make a killing. It is also interesting that in the latest share offering $1 million needs to be raised to keep the company afloat. Alan Metcalfe has the Intellectual Property behind 'Artificial Intelligence' and 'Universal Logic', these are two ultimately licensable technologies that will make Investors much more money than they could dream of. Alan must license these technologies to the market to maintain shareholder value and confidence.
• AND, this will not be the final money asked for, there is at least another round for the IPO.

Now thats said, stop getting on to every media forum and bagging out this company. negative comments with little informed infomation is very damaging to us all as investors.

• Yes that was me, but, I was not the first to say anything about SafeWorlds on Aussie Stock Forum, I simply added to it. Negative comments have come about because Alan MetCalfe has not answered questions that are related to the platform. This whole issue is very easily solved, prove to me that there is something behind the Safeworlds.tv website and I will be the most positive promoter you have ever seen. I guarantee it, I will purchase a stake in the technology if the platform is proven to me beyond reasonable doubt, I'm not an idiot I would buy into any technology that makes sense and will earn me a good return.
• Finally, until the platform is proven I am NOT harming you as ShareHolders. I am preventing additional investors from making a truly disastrous mistake. After all what incentive do you have to be circumspect about where you are now? you want your money back so Alan asking for more to prevent the doors being 'shut' is in your interests more than being rational and stepping back from a very risky situation, not early Google risky but a whole extra level akin to 'Nigerian Scam emails'.

Didn't even need to answer this one (the commenter does a great job) .....

We provide uniform compartments which are somehow not all subject to the same vulnerabilities!

It'll be amazing! And we have a totally legitimate reason not to have anything set up that can demonstrate it!

This is pure snake oil, and it deserves a better fisking than I have time for right now.

I have looked at the other forum that the above poster mentioned and from what i see all the other stocks have good and bad posts by people who hold the shares.
No doubt negative press is not good but freedom of speach is how we keep people and company's honest.
This is a major point of safeworlds and why i invested.

• This is all I'm asking is for accountability, if there is a product then Alan can show it and why is it that 'only' Alan can show it? Who else is behind the company? Who is on the board and what are their qualifications? look at any non IPO company and the list of directors will be impressive...... Who is on the Board other than Alan Metcalfe?

"The longer it goes on the more chance there is of something happening to Mr Metcalfe. Heaven forbid that is the case but he is not getting any younger.I do applaude Mike for raising questions to Alan- it seems that Mike only has his friends interests at heart.He seems reasonable in his questions and would also like to see some more direct answers to them.Yes i do hold shares in this and would love to see them listed.There are so many questions i have and surely some definate dates for listing should now be able to be given.Sometimes in sport a coach may not have the right players.Sometimes the team is right but not the coach.Sometimes throwing money at things fixs them.Sometimes throwing endless money at something will not fix the problem."

• Exactly my view, I have many family members who have brought into this and I do not see how they can ever get their money back out. What I don't want to have happen is more people put money into a platform that can never be successful!. As in my above response, Alan Metcalfe is the only name related to SafeWorlds TV, he may not be the right person to drive this alone, often experts are required and Alan for all his expertise IS NOT an expert in everything.

• Feel free to send me the latest emails and I will comment, I agree you are mostly right. Alan compares what other activity is occurring on the WWW and refers to famous people in his qualification of SafeWorlds, I believe this is all Alan has to placate people. I can't comment on whether I believe its a fraud or not, what I have seen though is the people who did invest tend to not be those people that understand technology and Alan has fed information that is scaremongering and just plain incorrect, just like his continued use of  'universal logic' as a phrase commonly used in I.T. - this is plain wrong and completely untrue: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Universal_logic

The Solution

You as Shareholders can get your money out and make more than you have ever considered possible, if Alan Metcalfe licenses the Technologies he has developed. This is FACT you WILL make many times the initial $5 per share investment.

As Share Holders you can ask for the board of directors names and details, this will go a long way to easing your worries as you will understand the capabilities to deliver of the leaders. These will be people with current e-commerce, IPTV and developing businesses to IPO stage (I believe this is why Alan lists these as his expertise on his profile, which for an e-commerce entrepreneur hasn't been updated in over 11 years http://www.harpbbt.com.au/Profile/AMM-Profile.htm ), but this task of taking a startup to IPO status is not going to happen with a single person.   

Finally think about what you as a user would expect from a secure online shopping experience and start feeding that back to Alan, I wouldn't use the Web site (without any judgement, I have tried to work it out and its messy, ugly and does not follow web design best practise), would you use it??

Artificial Intelligence
Safeworlds TV is not Artificial Intelligence, to call the system equal to a 'Small child's' brain is grossly overstating the facts. It categorically is not and can not be, AI of that level does not exist anywhere around the globe. 

• Firstly; Alan is correct in that AI would be the greatest discovery of all time, it would also need to be protected by patent after all it's the most important discovery in history and Alan; 'after thinking about AI and universal logic when reading the bible was lucky enough to discover it'. 
• As the discovery is so important a 'discoverer' would want to protect this invention.
• Secondly; with all the compute power available on the planet, A.I. Is still no more 'intelligent' than a rat and still only in certain aspects, but don't take my word for this.

Alan goes on to explain that AI is either good or evil and that AI can be used for either purpose, this statement is sensationalism and furthermore has no relevance to an eCommerce platform. Computers/Software are neither good nor evil, A.I adds capability for self modifying logic based on learning but Good / Evil requires a human conscious capability and one could even argue that good and evil are within the mind of the third party. This is not what A.I is or will be used to achieve. Take one area where A.I. is being used currently.

• Curing cancer, using the combined information of all research across the world to provide GP's with the best possible outcome for patients, is this Good or Evil, I will leave you the reader with that.

Note: There is no requirement for Alan to detail how AI will be used for evil in the videos, worse still while showing Terminator in the background to provide the context of an evil world. Doing this stirs peoples emotions into worrying about what the future will bring if they don't invest with Alan and control A.I. Which incidentally Alan can't control without a Patent and Alan doesn't have any patents on A.I. or he would have proved that in fact there is some Intellectual Property within Safeworlds TV.

Semantic Search, a core component of the Safeworlds TV system, currently does not seem to be built into the websites product search. One can test this by running a search on a term rather than a keyword, the capabilities of semantic searching would mean that a search could be 'products related to tech' or one should be able to search for a term such as 'tech' being short for 'technology' and the 'small child's' brain that is Safeworlds TV would understand and return results, currently as of the beginning of September 2014, this capability is missing. As a key component of the platform it needs to be working for end users to find products.

Possibly even worse than search within not working, SafeWorlds TV WILL NOT be indexed by Google search either!?!? As an end user how do you find websites today?  

Architecture:
SafeWorlds TV uses the World Wide Web just the same as any other system does. The illustration that Alan uses in the latest set of videos shows a front end (public User Interface or UI) and a back end secure(private) application logic layer, with the 'worlds first mass distributed database'.
Every internet WWW connected system on the planet has a public UI and a private back end that is NOT on the WWW. The connection from the Front end UI to the Back end application data is via application API's, the application for any other site is also private not public as Alan incorrectly states.

Safeworlds TV is still developed using Microsoft Silverlight a technology that is 'dead' (just as Adobe Flash has died) and will not work on any of the 1 billion+ mobile devices in use across the world, mobile devices make up much of the internet traffic consumed today and not having a technology to run on these devices means that many customers will be lost and in many in poorer countries (recall that SafeWorlds is a world economy for all nations) will not be able to access the portal at all.

There is no A.I, Semantic Search or mass distributed database behind Safeworlds TV, these terms and explanations of have been used to make the system look much more noble than what it actually is.


What SafeWorlds TV is:

From the videos Alan has produced I now understand the technology, Safeworlds is an Infomercial Hub on the WWW just as any other eCommerce site is, that isn't a bad idea as people do watch infomercials and there is money to be made. 

But here lays the problem, how do you get people to start using the system, its not indexed by search engines for a start? 

I do commend Alan on finally bringing something out, this is the first update the http://Safeworlds.tv website has had since 2011, it's probably coincidence that this occurred after this Blog started causing a bit of a stir.
Based on experience with web development the new refresh will have required around 2-4 weeks of development and build time. The application used for creation of 'business pages' is assumed to have required between 2-4 weeks. A substantial amount of time elapsed between 2011 and September 2014 where no outward progress had been made.

As shareholders, would you use the site. Is it intuitive to your eye? This is a requirement for others to use a website as they are normal punters like all of you. The modern web does not require a single interface for all the countries of the world, even differences in browsers can be accommodated by the multitude of websites out there, many of which will work on mobile devices today!

So a couple of final questions to ask Alan:

1. What happens in the event of Alan no longer being able to front the company
2. Who owns the Intellectual Property behind A.I, Universal Logic, Mass distributable databases etc
3. When will Safeworlds TV be available for mobile users
4. Ask for the specifics of what the platform is and delivers, details not 'fluff' about global economies
5. Ask how this will be monetised without being indexed by search engines, consider how you as a potential end user find things on the web today because you are part of the the target market
6. Ask for regular forecasts around end business uptake, revenue, usage and track against actual financials

Update on Safeworlds TV

This is a response from Alan for an Anonymous commentor in a previous post of mine. I'm going to have to stop asking questions, each time I do I find the answers to be more and more incredulous. There is no detail again in the response from Alan and I re-iterate that there is no solution except a Silverlight based website.

Hello Alan, As a response to my post there was a comment with the following, I think they are pretty easy to answer questions, certainly you can provide some detail to make people feel more confident in their investment. All along I have been asking for you to provide enough detail to open my eyes and for me to understand that your system can actually work. I don't have blind faith in anything whether thats god or a new platform I have people that mean a lot to me invested in SafeWorlds TV and all I want to understand is the truth. These questions from an investor are probably reasonable along those lines. Please provide some detail, information is what I'm requesting as I am open to disruptive technologies. If you can answer the below with any specifics then I will post that for the commenter.

AMM: Over the 30 years that I have been researching, designing, developing, testing, and more recently, commercializing Safe Worlds TV, hundreds of people from many different walks of life and disciplines have helped and contributed to the success of Safe Worlds TV.  One does not crack the Bible Code, find Universal Logic, develop the world’s first truly artificially intelligent, mass distributable database; and design, develop, and commercialize an Internet TV platform and e-business system like Safe Worlds TV without a lot of help and input from others.  It requires a massive team effort; and I have been blessed to have such support.  The good news is that the effort and the support continues.  We still have much to do.

• The term 'success' is clearly subjective, by what measure has Safeworlds been successful? examples here would have helped answer the question.
• 100's of people from all walks of life? The question is who has helped? if 100's of people are involved someone would have leaked information about the amazing work that has been done:
• The Bible code has been cracked, this alone would be life changing
• Artificial Intelligence, everyone wants this!
• The first mass attributable Database, this would have saved Google writing their own massive scalable Database!
• 30 years means a significant portfolio of Intellectual property would have been built, conisdering this is AI, please provide even a single Patent number?
• Again who is in this 'Massive' team? how many people make up the safeworlds team? Please provide a number?
• And the biggest fear....... 'We still have much to do' ....... before what? releasing a platform?

Alan, please provide one patent that you have relating to your technology, there are at least two areas above that you must have patents on otherwise those 100s of people could steal Safeworlds Intellectual Property? 

E-commerce is currently in lone platforms like e-bay as you mention, but there is no single global platform like the Safe Worlds TV system available - you should ask Alan to comment about that too.

AMM: This is correct.  The World Wide Web is the only Internet Platform that is comparable with Safe Worlds TV.  This is why electronic business has not taken off as it should have by this, because there is currently no alternative to the World Wide Web.  This is why “the powers that be” who control the World Wide Web are only recently starting to talk about the serious problems of online privacy and security; and the vast potential of “computers everywhere”.   These problems and opportunities have been known for at least the past 25 years. 

• Electronic business hasn't taken off like it should because there is no alternative to the World Wide Web ?!?!?    ........ There WOULD be NO Electronic business without the Web. Period! 
• The powers that be that 'own' the web? , WWW is an open platform owned by no one, it is not an 'owned' platform. It is a platform with standards that define how everything should operate.
• The WWW hasn't taken off like it should? What business, who isn't selling a product isn't already using it now at least for a web presence if not a full market place and companies like Amazon and eBay provide small sellers with a great way to get their products on the web. 

The safety and security issue is the big issue and it's clear that security is not available for e-commerce now - that's why businesses are not flocking to use it already. How AI works and how it enhances security is the key to a future online commercial world - I would like to hear from Alan about that issue too.   

AMM: Numerous studies as to why small, privately owned businesses will not use the World Wide Web for electronic business have concluded that SMB are put off by (a) the Cost; and (b) the lack of Privacy and Security on the Web.  At this time when SMB have vast amounts of low cost computing power and storage available to them, big government sites and big business sites dominate online business and are sucking the air out of SMB worldwide, because these mega entities are controlled by folks who do not have as much at stake as the small to medium sized business person when it comes to their privacy and security.  They can take risks that small business people cannot.   The reason why e-business systems now cost so much; and privacy and security are so difficult and costly to deliver on the Web are: 1) the Web is “open source” which makes it difficult/impossible to have a worldwide privacy and security standard; and 2) without such a standard, e-business Websites have to be individually (custom)  built, which makes them costly.  AI solves these problems by delivering standardization and therefore, relatively simple systematization.  This is why Safe Worlds TV is not “open source”.

• Finally agreement, yes small businesses would be put off by cost and possibly the maintenance required (incorporating security and management). SafeWorlds does not fix Security or other management of a small businesses web presence. 
• A more likely reason that more small businessses are not on the 'web' is they don't view it as being strategic for them yet. Its takes time and money to be online, it still will require time and money with Alans solution.
• SMB has always and will always struggle against big business/government. An online presence does not change/improve/alter the struggle and having an online presence does not ensure that the SMB can compete with big business either.
• Standards are being used to provide ecommerce solutions today, eg: 
• HTTPS for secure transactions, 
• API's for connectivity to Payment processors such as Google Wallet or Paypal, 
• Database back end, 
• an AuthN provider maybe through OpenID or Facebook. 

Summary

I believe I understand what safeworlds is finally. Its simply a dream, an idea.

• There is no product, when asking the questions and investigating Safeworlds TV, it becomes
• A Security and privacy solution 
• A Small business ecommerce solution
• A community TV solution
• An Alternative to the World Wide Web
• An Artificial Intelligence platform

Many of the above would have required significant investment by the shareholders of Safeworlds TV, it would be extremely negligent for this Intellectual Property to not be covered by Patents. Shareholders you need to ask for these patent numbers and look them up yourself. How many times have significant milestones not been met? IPO dates, dates of significant releases etc? What product previews have been viewed? look at the technology used, Silverlight does not work on mobile devices and its no longer a developed platform, Being at the forefront of e-commerce as Alan is you as shareholders will be confident that Safeworlds has been recoded into HTML 5 already.

On the IPO, significant work has to go into a company pre-IPO, so Alan will have completed a lot of homework already, One of the requirements of an IPO is something called an S-1 document, this is a full description of exactly what the company is and what it is doing, as shareholders this information should be available to you.

Start asking questions, get actual details see product demonstrations and don't settle for less. If you see a demo Safeworlds TV platform and you wouldn't use it, don't believe that others will as you are the customer.
